Anna M. Neal, CYT - Always expressing herself through meditation, writing poetry, theatre and dance, subconsciously nurturing her body, mind, spirit connection she realized that a lot of her movements originated from yoga. She sought out a formal class in 1995 and her first experience left her absolutely speechless. Since then she has experienced as many different styles of hatha yoga as she could find. She is currently certified in Hatha Yoga and is currently studying at a Bikram College of India scheduled to receive her Bikram certification in June of 2009. She has been teaching hatha yoga for the last 2 years. She finds a sense of pleasure and accomplishment in teaching her passion to others. As a mother of 3, Yoga keeps her focused, centered, calm and in shape.

Through a regular yoga practice you can bring out the best version of you. The benefits of yoga include but are not limited to: reduced stress, mental clarity/calmness, increased flexibility and range of motion, improved posture, increased muscle tone, increased lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons, complete body detoxification through gently stretching the muscles and joints, massaging the various organs and glands ensuring maximum blood supply to all parts of the body thereby flushing out the toxins allowing the body to operate at it's most efficient level.
